- Test Description
- The athlete holds the tennis ball and is instructed to throw it to a wall with one hand and catch it correctly with the other hand as frequently as possible in 30 seconds. The athlete is free to use overhand and/or underhand techniques or a combination of both for throwing and catching.
- Before testing there is a training phase: throwing and catching the ball six times. In the testing phase, no feedback is given.
- Mark Determination
- Count the number of correctly caught balls in 30 seconds of two attempts, the highest score counts.
