Description

Eye-hand coordination

Protocol

Test Description
The athlete holds the tennis ball and is instructed to throw it to a wall with one hand and catch it correctly with the other hand as frequently as possible in 30 seconds. The athlete is free to use overhand and/or underhand techniques or a combination of both for throwing and catching.
Before testing there is a training phase: throwing and catching the ball six times. In the testing phase, no feedback is given.
Mark Determination
Count the number of correctly caught balls in 30 seconds of two attempts, the highest score counts.
